Speed Beats Budget in Lead Generation for Accountants
Buying inquiries is easy. Converting them comes down to who reaches the person first, usually by a wide margin. We build the campaigns and the follow-up in the same system, so the form that lands at 9pm gets a real response before the competition wakes up.
How We Think About a Lead
Aimed at Your County
Campaigns pointed at the people who can plausibly become clients: your metro, your service lines, the entity types you actually want. Nationwide reach is a way to spend money on strangers.
Response Measured in Minutes
A new inquiry triggers a text, an email, and a task before anyone at the firm has read it. The gap between the form and the first human contact is the number we watch hardest.
Fewer Inquiries, Better Ones
Qualification questions in the form, pricing signals on the page, and honest copy about who you serve. Screening out the wrong fit early costs you volume and saves you Februarys.
Where the Good Inquiries Actually Come From
Almost nobody wakes up wanting a CPA. They wake up with a letter from the IRS, a partner buyout, a first year of 1099 income, or a bookkeeper who quit in October. Those moments are searchable, and they're where campaigns pay. So we build around the trigger rather than the job title, and we keep the paid work honest by running it next to local SEO for accountants, which costs nothing per click once it's working.
- Search campaigns built on the problem terms people actually type
- Landing pages per service line, tracked separately
- Seasonal budget shifts, heavier in January, quieter in July
- Retargeting that stops after a reasonable number of impressions

Who It's For
Firms that want a steadier pipeline than referrals alone produce
CPAs & Tax Preparers
Demand arrives in a four-month spike. The campaigns have to be built and warmed in the fall to be worth anything in March.
Bookkeepers & Advisory Firms
A recurring monthly client is worth a much longer courtship than a one-off return, and the follow-up should reflect that.
Firms Adding a Service Line
You started doing IRS representation or S corp work and nobody knows. That's a campaign problem with a fairly short answer.
Firms Tired of Buying Lead Lists
If you've paid for shared leads and watched them go cold, you already know what's broken. The fix is upstream.

The Word Exclusive Is Doing a Lot of Work
Buy leads long enough and you meet this one. A vendor sells exclusive tax-prep leads at a price that seems fair, and the first couple even look promising. Then a prospect mentions, offhand, that three other firms already called her. One of them called eleven minutes after she hit submit.
Sometimes exclusive means exclusive to your ZIP code. Sometimes it means exclusive for an hour. Sometimes it means the vendor didn't personally resell it after the aggregator upstream already had. The lead itself is real, by the way. A real person really does have a real problem with a notice she doesn't understand. She just filled out the form on a comparison site that gets paid more than once for her.
Here's the uncomfortable part. Under those rules the lead doesn't go to the best firm in town. It goes to whoever calls first, and it isn't close. A firm that responds in four minutes and a firm that responds Thursday morning aren't really competing for the same person, and the second one paid full price for the chance to leave a voicemail. Which is why we won't sell a firm more volume until the response path can handle what it already gets. The same arithmetic runs through what missed calls quietly cost a firm, just through a different door.
