The CRM for Accounting Firms That Nobody Has to Babysit
An all-in-one growth platform holds the pipeline, the conversations, the campaigns, and the reviews in one place, so nothing depends on which inbox a lead happened to land in. We configure it for how a small firm really works and then we run it.
What Lives Behind the Single Login
One Login for the Whole Funnel
CRM, pipelines, campaigns, calendars, reviews, and reporting behind a single password. The number of tabs open during tax season is a real operational metric.
Every Message in One Thread
Calls, texts, web chat, form submissions, and profile messages land in the same conversation, attached to the same contact, visible to whoever picks it up next.
Pipelines a Small Firm Will Use
Four stages, not fourteen. If updating the pipeline takes longer than making the call, nobody updates the pipeline, and then the pipeline lies to you.
One Inbox, Whatever Channel They Used
A prospect texts the main number on Monday, fills out the website form on Wednesday because she forgot she texted, and calls Friday from a different phone. In most firms that's three unrelated events handled by three different people. In one system it's one contact with a history somebody can read in ten seconds before they call her back. That history also feeds the marketing automation for accountants running underneath, so the sequences stop the moment a human takes over.
- Calls, texts, chat, forms, and profile messages in one thread
- Shared visibility so nobody double-calls a prospect
- Booking links that write straight to the right calendar
- Full conversation history attached to the contact record

Who It's For
Firms whose leads are currently scattered across whoever happened to see them
CPAs & Tax Preparers
You need to know on April 3rd who's still waiting on a callback. That question should take four seconds to answer.
Bookkeepers & Advisors
Longer sales cycles need a record of who said what in October, especially when the person who took that call is out.
Multi-Partner Firms
Two partners working the same prospect from two inboxes is a bad look and an avoidable one.
Firms Without an Office Manager
The platform holds the process so no one person has to be the institutional memory for the whole practice.
Five Inboxes and a Tuesday
There's a version of this in nearly every firm we audit, and nobody designed it. It accumulated, one reasonable decision at a time.
The website form emails the info@ address, which forwards to two people who each quietly assume the other one handles it. Google Business Profile messages land in an app on one partner's phone, under a notification badge with three hundred other things in it. Facebook messages go somewhere nobody has opened since the page was created. Texts to the main number sit in whatever portal the phone system uses, with its own password. And the chat widget sends to a fifth address set up by whoever built the site in 2021 and never handed off.
So Tuesday morning becomes triage. Somebody works through what they can find, calls back the obvious ones, closes the tabs, and gets on with actual work. The one that mattered, the S corp with three entities who filled out the form at 6pm Friday, was in the fifth place. By Tuesday she'd met with someone else. Here's the uncomfortable part: nobody at the firm ever knew she existed. You can't miss what you never saw, so it never appears in a report, and the firm's honest conclusion at the end of the quarter is that marketing didn't work. One inbox fixes the visible half of that. Sequences cover the rest, which is why the platform and the nurture side belong together, and we walked through that pairing in our piece on client nurture email automation.

Reporting That Changes a Decision
A dashboard nobody reads is furniture. So the monthly report answers three things a partner can act on: where the inquiries came from, how many turned into conversations, and what's sitting still that shouldn't be. It fits on one page and takes two minutes. Everything else is available when you want to dig, and most months you won't, which is fine. The same view covers what your review management for CPAs is producing, since reviews and pipeline tend to move together.
- Source attribution from first touch to signed engagement
- Stalled deals flagged before anyone has to notice
- Call, text, and booking volume in the same view
- A one-page monthly summary written for a partner, not an analyst

The platform is the plumbing behind everything in the marketing guide for accounting firms. It's most useful once people are finding you, which starts with local SEO for accountants.
