The Hours Nobody Bills For
Every season a firm burns a few hundred hours turning paper into fields. That's the entire job this does, and it's the least interesting technology we sell.
It Knows the Forms
W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, and the state forms nobody built a nice template for. The layouts are known, so locating a field isn't guesswork.
80% Faster Processing
Hundreds of documents through in minutes. In plainer terms, it's the 20 minutes per K-1 that somebody was going to spend at 9pm on a Tuesday in March.
99.5% Accuracy Rate
Every field carries a confidence score, and the low-confidence ones stop for a person. That remaining half a percent is exactly why the review queue exists.
What It Extracts and What It Flags
Upload in whatever format the client sent. It identifies the form, finds every field, and scores its own confidence, so the queue tells you where to look instead of asking you to check all of it.
- Batch Upload & Processing
Drop in a whole folder. It sorts the form types itself and groups them by client, which is the part that used to eat an afternoon.
- Multi-Format Support
PDFs, scans, phone photos taken at an angle in a parking lot, and faxes. The fax machine nobody will unplug still works with this.
- Tax Software Integration
Exports to Lacerte, Drake, ProSeries, and UltraTax CS, mapped to the right fields so nobody retypes a number that was already correct.
- Learns Your Documents
It adapts to what your firm actually receives, including the brokerage statement from the one custodian that formats everything sideways.

The Fields That Stop for a Human
High-confidence fields clear on their own. The rest sit in front of a preparer with the source image beside them, which turns a full review into a glance at four numbers.
Then it exports to your tax software in one click. We're deliberate about that order. The software never posts a field it wasn't sure about, and a person approves the batch before anything moves.
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of tax documents can the AI process?
All the standard IRS forms: W-2, every 1099 variant, K-1, 1098, W-9, and most state forms. It also reads the supporting pile, including brokerage statements and property tax bills. Anything it doesn't recognize gets routed to a person rather than guessed at.
How accurate is the data extraction?
99.5% on a clean scan. Every field comes back with a confidence score, and low-confidence fields go to review before anything lands in a return. We'd rather tell you where the failure modes are than pretend there aren't any. Bad photos, handwriting in the margin, and forms someone stapled through are the usual three.
Does it integrate with my existing tax software?
Yes. Direct export to Lacerte, Drake, ProSeries, UltraTax CS, and the other major platforms, mapped to the correct fields. No re-entry, and no CSV gymnastics on your end.
Can it handle poor-quality scans or photos?
Mostly. It corrects rotation, boosts contrast, and cleans up noise before reading. A crisp scan still gives a better result than a photo taken on a car hood, and when the input is genuinely bad the confidence scores say so instead of quietly inventing a number.
Where does client data go when a document is processed?
Into your account on our platform, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and an audit trail per document. It isn't used to train anybody's model and it isn't shared. You can set retention so extracted documents purge on your schedule, not ours.
How does batch processing work?
Upload a folder of mixed documents. It identifies each form type, extracts the fields, groups everything by client or EIN, and hands your team one review queue instead of two hundred separate files.
