Your Tools, Finally Talking to Each Other
Every firm has one person who is secretly the integration layer. They copy a client from one system into another, and they know it's silly.
Connect What You Already Own
QuickBooks, Lacerte, Drake, Canopy, Karbon, and 50+ others wired together. Nobody has to keep four tabs open to answer one client question.
Nothing Gets Keyed Twice
Entered once, it lands everywhere it needs to. Client updates, time entries, and financial data move between systems without a person in the middle.
Rules the Engine Suggests
It watches the manual steps your team repeats and proposes automating them. You approve or ignore each suggestion, and it doesn't sulk about the ignored ones.
One Place to See What's Connected
Connections, sync status, and the last time each one ran. Pre-built connectors go live in minutes, and when something stops talking you find out from us rather than from a client asking why their balance looks wrong.
- Two-Way Sync
A change in one system shows up in the others right away. No overnight batch, no morning where two platforms disagree about a client's address.
- Pre-Built Connectors
50+ ready-made integrations across accounting, tax, and practice management. Minutes to connect, not a six-week project with a kickoff deck.
- Custom API Integrations
For the connection we don't have yet, there's a REST API and a webhook framework, or we'll build the connector for you.
- Workflow Automation Rules
If-then rules across systems. File a return in one place and the portal updates, the team gets notified, and the completion gets logged.

Who It's For
Firms running enough software that somebody has become the integration layer
Multi-Software Firms
Tax, accounting, and practice management tools that finally pass data to each other instead of to a person with a clipboard.
Growing Practices
Adding a tool shouldn't add a job. New systems join the stack without creating another place someone has to check.
Multi-Location Offices
Two offices, one version of the client record, and no argument about which spreadsheet is current.
Outsourced Accounting
Plug into client systems while keeping your own tooling, with a clear boundary between what's theirs and what's yours.

Rules You Write, Steps You Stop Taking
If-then across connected systems. A return gets filed, and the portal updates, the team gets notified, and the next task appears without anyone opening a second application to make it happen.
Over time the engine proposes rules for the patterns it sees, including a few steps your team stopped noticing years ago. Every proposal waits for someone to approve it. An integration that starts moving client data on its own initiative is not a feature, whatever the demo called it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which platforms do you integrate with?
50+ of them, including QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, Sage, Lacerte, Drake, ProSeries, Canopy, Karbon, Practice CS, Bill.com, Gusto, and ADP. We add connectors when enough firms ask for the same one. If your stack includes something obscure, tell us before you buy, not after.
How does the AI learn my workflows?
It watches how your team moves data between systems and notices the repeats. Update a client's status in the PM system after every filing and it will eventually offer to do that for you. Suggestions are suggestions. Nothing turns itself on.
Is my data secure during sync?
Transfers are encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, authentication runs on OAuth 2.0 with each connected platform, and we hold SOC 2 Type II compliance. We also don't keep copies of client data we don't need to move, which is the part most integration vendors won't say plainly.
Can I build custom integrations?
Yes. A REST API and webhooks cover anything with an API of its own, and we build custom connectors for proprietary or legacy systems as a service. The 2003 practice tool a partner refuses to give up is usually solvable.
What happens if a connected service goes down?
Retry logic, conflict resolution, and a change queue that holds updates until the destination comes back. You get told when a sync is failing rather than finding out two weeks later, and there's an audit log of every record that moved.
